Bound in Words (boundinwords.com) is operated by Teachers AI Éxito LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Teachers AI Éxito LLC. You can reach us at info@boundinwords.com.

Bound in Words conducts AI-led voice interviews with a storyteller and turns them into written chapters and, for applicable packages, a printed book. A short introductory getting-to-know session is free, as are any free chapters shown on the pricing page; continuing the journey requires payment of the chosen package.

The purchaser ("Giver") owns the project and is responsible for it. The Giver may invite co-editors, who can edit content but cannot change billing. The storyteller ("Hero") accesses their interviews through a private link without a password.

Packages are one-time purchases at the prices shown at checkout, processed by Stripe. Optional add-ons may carry additional or recurring fees, which are shown before purchase.

All purchases are final. Because access to the paid journey and its digital content is granted immediately after payment, payments are non-refundable and packages and add-ons cannot be cancelled for a refund. Printed books are made to order from your family's own story, so they cannot be returned either.

This does not limit any right that the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country grants and that cannot be waived.

Billing questions, duplicate charges or charges you did not authorize: write to info@boundinwords.com and we will correct any billing error.

Your family's stories, recordings, photos, and the resulting book belong to you. You grant Bound in Words only the limited rights needed to process and deliver them. We do not use them to train AI models.

You confirm you have the storyteller's agreement to create their book, and that you will not use the service unlawfully or to record someone without their knowledge.

Chapters are written by AI from the storyteller's own words and reviewed by you before they are sealed. While we strive for faithful, high-quality narratives, you are responsible for reviewing chapters for accuracy before approval and printing.

We work to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated.

Content on Bound in Words may contain errors or be out of date. This includes AI-written chapters, transcripts, translations, summaries, the assistant's answers, the children's edition, prices and other information on the site. AI can mishear, mix things up or invent details, so check names, dates and facts before you seal a chapter or print the book.

Bound in Words is an independent service. It is not an official record or a historical or genealogical authority, and it is not affiliated with any archive, government body, institution or person it mentions, including the US National Archives and Records Administration quoted on our site.

We do not guarantee any particular result, such as the length, accuracy or completeness of the book, or that the storyteller will finish every session.

You use the service at your own risk. For important decisions (legal, medical, financial or family matters), rely on official records or a qualified professional.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
